• ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

Digital order processing is typically delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not received your digital order via email, please contact us and let us know what happened, including your order number. Although purchase confirmation emails rarely go to the Spam section, it can still happen; In most cases, the non-receipt of the confirmation e-mail can be due to an incorrect entry of your e-mail address. No worries, everything can be fixed! In these cases, we will resend your order back to you manually.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As all of the products offered in this store are digital, they are all available for purchase worldwide, although this may interfere with product prices depending on the country in which you currently reside.

• LOST ORDERS/ MAIL CONFIRMATION

If for some reason you purchase a digital product from us and lose the email that contains the download, which expires after 24 hours, please email us with your name and order number so that we may resend you your digital goods. If you cannot provide proof of purchase with a name and order number, we won’t be able to resend your purchase.

• RETURNS

We do NOT accept returns on digital products. This is due to the fact that our product can easily be downloaded, reproduced, and redistributed by anyone. • SHIPPING + HANDLING

We currently do not sell physical products that are shipped to you. All orders will arrive directly to the email address that you have provided.
